How it works
From sign-up to your first delivered campaign — six honest steps.
Register
Create your builder account and accept the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy (clickwrap). Tell us about your projects and the micro-markets you sell in.
We set up YOUR WhatsApp Business number
Campaigns never go from a shared number. We help you get your own WhatsApp Business API number through Meta verification — your brand name, your display picture, your number. Partners see you, not us.
Advance payment
Choose an annual platform plan and top up your token wallet — all in advance, all with GST invoices. See Pricing for the full rate card.
Test messages to yourself
Before any campaign, you send test messages to your own phone to verify your number, template rendering and branding — so the first thing a channel partner sees is right.
Build your CP list
Use discovery — by zone, locality, project or tier (P1 / P2 / P3) — across 77,000+ RERA channel partners, or upload your own contact lists. Opt-outs and suppressions are enforced automatically.
Campaign
Send pre-approved, Meta-compliant templates from your own number. Billing is delivered-only — a message that fails or never reaches the handset costs zero tokens — and you track the live funnel: sent → delivered → read → replied.
Honest note: Meta daily sending limits
Every WhatsApp Business number has a Meta-assigned daily messaging limit. A new number typically starts at 250 business-initiated conversations per day and grows with volume and quality — to 1,000, then 10,000, then 100,000 per day.
- If your list is bigger than your current daily limit, TheRealConnect automatically batches it across days — a 10,000-contact campaign on a new number takes time by design, not by fault.
- Quality matters: blocks and spam reports can reduce your limit or get the number banned by Meta. That is exactly why we enforce template approval, opt-outs and spam protection — they protect your number.
So when someone promises to "blast 10,000 messages today" from a fresh number — they can't. Nobody can. We'd rather set that expectation up front.
