Simple, transparent Pricing

How TRC pricing works
Two simple components, both prepaid:
- Annual platform plan — pays for access to the platform (CP discovery, campaign tools, analytics, chatbot, support). Minimum term 12 months, billed in advance.
- Token wallet — pays for usage. You top up your wallet in advance; tokens are debited only when you actually use the platform. WhatsApp messages are billed only on confirmed delivery — failed or undelivered messages never consume tokens.
All prices exclude GST (18%), charged on every invoice.

Plan fees pay for platform access and are not refundable pro-rata (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy). Plans do not auto-include unlimited messaging — usage is metered in tokens.

Tokens are sold in packs; volume packs carry the same rate unless stated.

A revealed contact stays visible to your account permanently — you are never charged twice for the same CP.
"Billed on delivery" — exact definition
A WhatsApp message token charge is debited when Meta's WhatsApp Business API returns a delivered status callback for that message ID. Messages with sent (in transit), failed, or no status are not billed. read is not billed separately. Each message ID is billed at most once.
Payments
- All payments in advance via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). Settled to Mumbai Property Exchange.
- GST tax invoice (18%) issued automatically for every payment; downloadable from your Billing page.
- Token purchases are final and non-refundable — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
FAQ
Do tokens expire? No — unused tokens do not expire while your account is active. They are forfeited on account termination for cause per the Terms of Service.
Can I send without a plan? No. An active plan plus advance payment is required before any messages (including test messages) are sent.
Whose WhatsApp number do campaigns send from? Your own brand's WhatsApp Business number, which we set up with you before your first payment.
