P1 = Top closers (RERA registered + active in last 30 days + 3+ listings). P2 = Active brokers (active 60 days + 1+ listing). P3 = Dormant/registered but inactive. IPC = Your personally tagged channel partners.

Purchased tokens are non-refundable. However, if there's a platform error (e.g., incorrect token deduction), we'll credit the tokens back to your account within 48 hours of a verified support request.
RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) registration means a broker is officially registered with MahaRERA. RERA-verified CPs are generally more trustworthy and professional. Their registration number is shown in search results.
